Where appropriate, legal review is complemented by inspection, surveying and valuation by qualified professionals. The scope of property management is expressly agreed; sales, rental income, approvals and timelines are not guaranteed.

Before buying: seven checks ↗

Prepare for your first consultation

  • Provide the location and registry reference if known; gather copies of deeds or certificates you already hold.
  • Explain the transaction and organize any existing offers, preliminary agreements, contracts or leases.
  • Clarify whether you act as owner, buyer or representative and mention any known powers of attorney, co-ownership, mortgages or disputes.

This checklist helps you prepare for a consultation; it is not an exhaustive list of filing requirements. The applicable documents and procedure depend on the case.
