The website's technology was developed by Edufintech OÜ (Estonia), which does not receive or process the inquiries submitted through the site's contact channels; these are received and handled exclusively by the controller identified above.
Data collected
(a) Contact data you provide through the form, by email or by WhatsApp: name, company, country, email, WhatsApp number, service of interest, approximate budget and the description you write. (b) Technical data generated by the hosting infrastructure (such as IP address and pages requested) in standard server logs.
How the form works
The contact form does not store your information on this Site's server: it composes a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself from your own account. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can write by email.
Purposes
Responding to your inquiry; assessing whether a matter can be accepted; and, where an engagement follows, providing the requested services and maintaining the related communication.
Legal basis
Your consent, expressed by ticking the consent box or by writing voluntarily, and the steps necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to perform an engagement. Some information may be retained to comply with legal or professional obligations.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any follow-up. If an engagement is formalized, the file is kept for the periods required by applicable legal and professional obligations.
Recipients and processors
Data is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to provide the requested service (for example, filings before public registries), with providers strictly needed to operate: the hosting provider (Hostinger) and, if you use it as a channel, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). These providers process data under their own terms and may do so outside El Salvador, which can involve international data transfers.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied, including HTTPS on this Site and restricted access to correspondence. No system is completely secure; please do not send sensitive information through the form.
Your rights
In accordance with applicable data protection law, including El Salvador's Personal Data Protection Law, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and, where applicable, the right to be forgotten, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to lsosa@ludwinsosa.com describing your request and identifying yourself as the data subject; requests are answered within the timeframes provided by applicable law. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may also raise the matter before the competent data protection authority.
